Sisalation Insulation

Thermal insulation and reflective foil for roofing and wall applications.

Product Overview

Sisalation is a high-performance reflective insulation product designed for roofing and wall applications. It consists of a layer of pure aluminum foil bonded to a strong kraft paper or woven scrim reinforcement, creating an effective radiant barrier.

When installed correctly, Sisalation reflects up to 97% of radiant heat, keeping buildings cooler in summer and warmer in winter. It also acts as a vapor barrier, preventing condensation and moisture damage to your roofing and structure.

Key Features

Installation Guidelines

Install with reflective side facing the air gap (towards the heat source)
Allow a minimum 20mm air gap for optimal performance
Overlap joints by 50-100mm and seal with aluminum tape
Do not compress the insulation - maintains air gap
Secure with staples or adhesive tape through reinforced edges
Ensure continuous coverage without gaps for maximum efficiency
